1. Agreement and acceptance
Binding contract
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Hairun Trading Co., Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with its registered office at Rm 03, 24/F, Ho King Comm Ctr, 2-16 Fayuen St, Mongkok, Hong Kong.
Acceptance
Acceptance of these terms is implied by your use of this website or installation of the Hairun Mobile application. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the website and uninstall the application.
2. Service scope
Corporate site
The corporate site at hairiun.com provides informational content about Hairun Trading Co., Limited and a means of contacting our team for general enquiries and quotation requests.
Mobile application
The Hairun Mobile application provides catalogue browsing, quote requests, shipment tracking and in-app advertising-supported access on Android and iOS devices.
Business services
Wholesale, import-export, supply-chain, marketing and business-information consulting services are provided under separate written agreements that take precedence over these terms for the relevant business line.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter a binding contract with Hairun Trading Co., Limited. If you are entering into a business agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
Account integrity
If we issue you with account credentials for any of our platforms, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hairiun.com if you suspect any compromise of your account.
4. User obligations
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or app for any unlawful, infringing or malicious purpose; not to scrape or crawl the site beyond the allowances set out in our robots.txt; not to interfere with security features; and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure.
Trade compliance
If you place orders with us, you warrant that you will use the goods lawfully in the destination market, that you hold any required end-use licences, and that the end-use declarations you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
App-store rules
When using the Hairun Mobile application you must comply with the Google Play and Apple App Store terms of service, including their respective developer and distribution rules.
5. Intellectual property
Reservation
All content on this site and in the mobile application — including text, graphics, logos, animal mascots, designs and software — is owned by or licensed to Hairun Trading Co., Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Limited licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the site and use the app for your own non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use, redistribution or reproduction requires our prior written permission.
6. Mobile application licence
Licence grant
Subject to your acceptance of these terms and the applicable app-store terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Hairun Mobile application on devices that you own or control.
Updates and changes
We may update the application from time to time. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the update. If you do not accept the update, you must stop using the application.
7. Advertising monetisation (mobile app)
Free in exchange for ads
The Hairun Mobile application is provided free of charge, funded by in-app advertising. By using the application you acknowledge that advertising will be served to you.
Ad providers
Advertising is served by Google AdMob plus the additional advertising partners listed in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
Ad formats
The application serves four ad formats: splash ads on launch, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads between catalogue screens, and standard banner ads. The full disclosure for each format — including the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and the Android AD_ID permission — is set out in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Apple, Google AdMob, Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, InMobi, Vungle, Chartboost, Tapjoy, Digital Turbine, Pangle, Mintegral and Liftoff are the advertising partners currently in scope.
No guaranteed availability
We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any advertisement or campaign. Advertising partners may suspend serving, change formats or change creative at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimers
No warranty
The site and the mobile application are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment.
Information accuracy
Catalogues, specifications and other product information on the site and in the app are provided in good faith for general informational purposes and do not constitute an offer to contract. Written quotes issued by Hairun Trading Co., Limited are the authoritative basis for any transaction.
9. Limitation of liability
Exclusion of indirect damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or the mobile application.
Cap
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100, in each case except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Indemnity
User indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hairun Trading Co., Limited and its officers, employees and agents against any third-party claim arising from your unlawful use of the site or the mobile application, or from any breach of these terms.
11. Termination
By us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or the mobile application if you breach these terms. We may discontinue the site or the app on 30 days' notice where reasonable to do so.
By you
You may stop using the site at any time and may uninstall the mobile application at any time. If you believe we have materially breached these terms, you may give us written notice and ask us to remedy the breach within 30 days.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the arbitration is commenced. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong and the language of arbitration is English.
Consumer carve-outs
The mandatory consumer-protection laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States (including individual states), Brazil, Japan, China, Korea and Australia prevail over the arbitration clause and the governing-law clause to the extent that those laws grant rights that cannot be waived by contract. Where local consumer law requires a different forum, that forum shall apply to consumer claims.
Class-action waiver
Where permitted by local law, claims against Hairun Trading Co., Limited may only be brought in an individual capacity and not as a class member in any purported class or representative action. Where such a waiver is prohibited by local law, this clause shall not apply.
13. Country-specific terms
EEA & UK
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or UK law. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority or alternative dispute-resolution body.
United States
California residents retain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other California statutes. State-by-state variations in consumer protection apply where they are common in mandatory form.
China
For users in the People's Republic of China, carve-outs under PIPL apply to the processing of personal information. The arbitration clause does not apply where local consumer law mandates a different forum.
Brazil
For users in Brazil, the rights granted under the LGPD are preserved in full and prevail over any conflicting term of this agreement.
Japan
For users in Japan, the rights granted under the APPI are preserved in full and prevail over any conflicting term of this agreement.
Korea
For users in Korea, the rights granted under the PIPA are preserved in full and prevail over any conflicting term of this agreement.
Australia
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Miscellaneous
Severability, no waiver, entire agreement, assignment, force majeure
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or remedy under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. These terms, together with any written business agreement you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hairun Trading Co., Limited in relation to their subject matter. We may assign these terms to a successor in business; you may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, internet or telecommunications failure, or industrial action.
